§1 liability
All tours offered can only be booked at your own risk. In the event of an accident with any consequences, no claims for damages from the customer or third parties can be made. Each participant takes part at their own risk. The organizer is not assuming any liability!


The customer also gives his consent for safety reasons to follow the requests and instructions of the guide during the tour.

§2 conclusion of contract
The conclusion of a contract for a guided tour comes about as follows.

Telephone request or request by email
Confirmation of the appointment by KaRiMoto motorcycle tours.
The customer receives a confirmation email, after receipt of the confirmation of participation by email the contract is binding.

§3 withdrawal from the contract
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason. Up to 20 days before a tour, cancellation fees of 20% do not apply.
In the period 19-10 days, cancellation fees of 35% of the booked service are waived. If the customer withdraws from the contract 9 days before to immediately before the tour, 50% of the service price will be charged.
The mentioned cancellation costs do not apply if there is mutual agreement, the tour has to be postponed or canceled for any reason.
Cancellation must be made in writing by email and is valid from the arrival of the cancellation email.
